Stacy E. Don

Stacy is a trademark and business litigation attorney in Roseville, California.  Stacy’s practice focuses on trademark counseling and prosecution.  Stacy also litigates business disputes in the state and federal trial and appellate courts.

Stacy teaches Trademark and Unfair Competition Law at UC Davis School of Law.

Stacy was a partner with the law firm of Toledo Don LLP.  Before opening Toledo Don LLP, Stacy practiced law at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP for nearly 10 years. 

Stacy was on the founding board of the Sacramento County Bar Association Civil Litigation Section and continues to serve on the board.  Stacy previously served as a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association Diversity Hiring and Retention Committee. 

In 2003, Stacy graduated Order of the Coif from the University of California, Davis School of Law.  Stacy received her B.A. in Political Science with honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
